Dynamic, floor-based exercises designed to tone and shape the entire body. Resistance circles, bands, stability balls, and light weights may be used to enhance and intensify the exercises. Equipment Sessions

Equipment Sessions include a one-on-one workout with a certified Classical Pilates instructor. Utilizing the Pilates equipment exercises are performed with specialized springs that provide resistance enabling the entire body to work from the core. Sessions are scheduled for 55minutes by appointment only.

Cancellation / No Show Policy

Clients must call the studio or instructor to cancel 24 hours prior to the scheduled session or otherwise, you will be charged for your session fee. Additionally, if you have scheduled a duet and your partner is unable to join you, you will be charged for a private session.
